A full country breakfast, including Kay's "Orange Hill" Julius, is served in the dining room.

The main house has three upstairs bedrooms.
A refrigerator is available.

The Holdcroft Room, spacious and romantic, is furnished with a queen-sized antique brass sleigh bed. It also has a three-sided view of the fields.

Be sure to ask Mark and Kay about local dining and attractions!

The Charles City Room is a cozy, cheery room with a double four-poster bed -- perfect for one or two people. It adjoins the bath to the Chickahominy Room, which overlooks the large maple tree in the back of the house and has an antique iron queen sized bed.

The Charles City and Chickahominy rooms may be reserved together as a suite - a tremendous value at $160 per night.

Check In:	After 3:00 p.m.
Check Out:	By 11:00 a.m.
Room Rates:	$100 to $160
Singles:	$10 less per room

All rates include full breakfast.

One night advance payment is required at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know seven (7) days ahead of time for a full refund. If it is less time than that, we will gladly give a gift certificate to be used at another time.

Amenities include a piano, guitar, and a guest refrigerator. For guests comfort and safety, pets are not permitted. Smoking, with extreme care, is permitted only in designated outside areas. Children over 12 are welcome. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
